**Directions for Use:**

For optimal outcomes, use before bedtime or following a bath or shower: gently shake and spritz 10-15X onto freshly cleansed skin or onto the soles of your feet. Gently massage for optimal absorption.   You may experience a tingling sensation when you first start to use it, this will decrease over time. For this reason, we recommend avoiding faces, sensitive, or freshly shaved skin.
