Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare, body care, lip care, personal care products, teas, or other consumable items once ordered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
